Curly Wing Fly Maggots
*Please note that there can be a wait of up to a week or twodue to how curly wings breed and hatch, also depends on the weather.
Curly wing fly maggots is a good way to store curly wings for longer periods of time. Maggots can be placed in the fridge for one to two weeks, just make sure they do not freeze. Take as many as you need to let pupate and then place what you don't use back in the fridge for later use. Once they turn into pupae then it will be another 3 to 4 days before they hatch. Maggots can also be fed on their own for species that are attracted to the wiggly movement!
Here is a good care guide to keeping curly wing flies.
